What is PublicX?
PublicX is an AI platform for companies that sell to the public sector. It brings tender discovery, competitor intelligence, AI proposal drafting, document compliance checks and team coordination into a single workspace, covering public procurement in Portugal and Colombia.
Which countries and procurement portals does PublicX cover?
Portugal, through BASE.gov, and Colombia, through SECOP II. Both national contract histories are loaded, so you can search live tenders and study years of past awards. TED, Brazil and Mexico are on the roadmap and are not available today.
How is PublicX different from a tender alert service?
Alert services stop at telling you a tender exists. PublicX also shows who has won similar contracts, at what value and how often, helps you draft and review the proposal with an AI co-pilot, fills statutory annexes from your company profile, and checks your documents against the tender before you submit.
Can I search for tenders in plain language?
Yes. Search is semantic, so you can describe what your company does in a normal sentence instead of guessing keywords or CPV codes. You can also save a profile so the opportunity radar keeps surfacing relevant tenders automatically.
What competitor data can I see?
Years of award history from the official portals: which companies bid, which ones win, contract values, win rate and trends over time. You can open a profile for any company or public buyer and follow the ones that matter to you from your dashboard.
Does the AI write the whole proposal for me?
The AI drafts and reviews proposal documents, fills statutory annexes from your company fiscal profile, and flags gaps against the tender requirements. You stay the author: everything is editable in a rich document editor before you export and submit.
Is there a free demo?
Yes. You can open a temporary demo workspace with live tender data without creating an account. A guided tour walks you through the platform and the workspace expires within 24 hours.
Which devices does PublicX run on?
PublicX runs in the browser as a web app, with native desktop builds for Windows, macOS and Linux. Android and iOS apps are in progress; on mobile the web app works today.
Where is my data stored?
On European cloud infrastructure. Each company works in an isolated environment, data is never shared between customers, access is controlled per user with an audit trail, and the platform is built to be GDPR compliant. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.
Who is PublicX for?
Any company that sells to the public sector: technology and consulting firms, construction and engineering contractors, health and facility service providers, and suppliers of goods. It is built for the bid teams of small and mid-sized companies that cannot afford a full-time tender desk.
